Quebec Spirits, Inspired by the Beer Industry

We, the consumers, always go for the same bottles without paying attention to what it really contains. A true reference in the spirits industry, Yan Aubé has a mission of offering the knowledge to drink well. Drink his own way but in a good way. Really understand what a bottle and a glass can contain. He specializes in several alcohol families such as rum, agave spirits, various whiskeys and different brandies, but he’s best known for his specialization on Canadian spirits, especially those from Quebec. Do not be surprised if he asks you “So … what are we drinking?”
